Penis pain and bluishness Mark

Since 3 days I have pain in penis.. I am unable to hold erection n pain while masturbating.. I feel the veins of penis have become prominent too much... also when I stretched foreskin down I see bluish marks.. I think it happened when I did masturbation wid too much force 3 days ago am feeling scared! Plz check the image.. I want to masturbate but feeling painful
