The growth of the penis is ascertained by the streached penile length. To measure that you need to pull the penis and take a tape and place it at the tip and go back upto the pubic bone. Usually this is about 4 to 5 inches. If there is excess prepubic fat the penis may appear small as a large part then remains within the abdomen.
