Are you taking any medicine? Do you take alcohol, smoke ? Did you have any major illness before this problem started? Do you have enough sexual desire? Your problem can be due to stress / anxiety or due to physical cause. For physical cause you need to do blood tests Hb, TC, DC, fasting sugar, Prolactin, TSH, Testosterone. Please upload the reports. Depending on the reports treatment is decided. For stress walking half hour daily will help. If you are in office job then every half hour get up from your chair and walk around for 5 minutes, it will help circulation in the penis.
