Penis nerve pain sometimes

Asked for Male, 22 Years

Having some pain in my lower left side in penis not exactly out side the penis but i can feel that pain on the nerve only inside the penis(lower left side) and it lasts for like an hour or something after that its not there i felt same two weeks before again today. Urine is fine last two weeks i masturbated it was fine no swollen penis or nthg everything is fine but why am getting that issue again .. its like shock like feeling in the bottom tip of the penis
