Nerve grafting can be done by experts trained in that. Could be a done by Neurosurgeon, Plastic surgeon or Urologist if they are trained specifically in peripheral nerves. However the purpose of the surgery, indications, risks, benefits and feasibility should be weighed. Whether such rare surgeries are necessary and if necessary will that have any outcome should be seen. It will vary from different disease condition, age, purpose, co morbidities, associated illness etc.
