Penis infection
My penis fore head is infected.. Please see the image and lemme know.. It's not paining when urinating.. But gives itchy when I pulled off my fore skin or get an erection.

Hello,,, it looks like simple fungal infection of your glans, well in this,, antifungal ointments like cotrimazole will help you. Consult a dermatologist he will prescribe you, and Wash the penis well, including the area under the foreskin in uncircumcised men.Keep the area dry, since moisture in the genital area can lead to infections.
