A week ago, I masturbated excessively in bath room which resulted in a swollen portion below head of penis which pained for a little while. It got normal after 1 day but I am still worried about it. Please give advise.

Masturbation is not a problem. How you masturbate is also not a problem, provided you take care to ensure that your penis is not injured during masturbation.
