Hi. I have developed a small white patch on my penis head. Its like a cauliflower shape about 1cm wide. It dosnt hurt, itch or irritate. Its just there doing nothing however dosn't look appealing when the foreskin is pulled back. Its been there for while and hasn't spread or developed further. Worried it may be an STD although I haven't had unprotected sex for years without anyone but my partner.
