I am 25 and I have phimosis.. so, I can't see my penis head clearly. But, whenever I stretch my over skin and see inside, it always wet.. is it normal?? When I touch it, I feel pain

Always wet skin may cause you a fungal infection.. you need to modify your lifestyle and make proper hygine plus antibiotics you may take for few days ..it's u unble to retract your skin ur due to phimosis and it will also cause pain while having a sex ..so it must be corrected with first topical cream iir if not recover with cream then surgery
