Penis glans is covered with foreskin
I am just completed 17 years, and I my penis glans are covered with foreskin. When it is erectile, upper part of my glans is visible. When it goes back to normal, it is again covered with foreskin.
However, when it is normal, i can retract my skin fully untill i see my glans.
Is this normal? Do i have phimosis.
