Penis foreskin retraction problem
Hi Doctor, i am facing itching under penis foreskin but not able to retract my foreskin beyond this point. Is foreskin retraction possible till here only? Itching happening some more backward from this point under foreskin but my foreskin not allowing to retract it more. How should i resolve this issue ?
