Fungal Infection Generally because of lack of hygiene Keep the area clean, change underwear everyday and wear washed ones. They should not be very tight CLEAN AND DRY YHE THE AREA and then Apply Clotimazole ointment at the foreskin 2 times - morning and night for 10 days

By the above symptoms it seems that you have fungal infection in and around foreskin of penis.U must not be cleaning the area around foreskin regularly that is why fungal infection has occurred.

1) Apply clotrimazole ointment in and around foreskin area twice daily for 10 days 2) Clean area in and around foreskin regularly 3) Can use Candid powder local application in that area for 10 days 4) Change your underwear everyday
