Hello there.
I can understand your concern. .im sorry but I haven't been able to understand your question at all.
Normally glans penis can easily slide in and out of the foreskin.
If yours is not like that then definitely there is a problem.
Get it checked out by a general surgeon in person for further evaluation and and management.
