Penis Balls Pain. Soory my english weak!

Hello every one I am 23 age my weight is 68 kg height 167 i have a problem with my left side I mean penis left ball I go jym in jym I am running around 20 minutes with very fast speed and i do hard sport and some time bycle a week 5 to 10 km meter some time and my work is very hard we sell goods wholesale one carton goods is around 30 to 50 kg weight I take and i play sex a week one time and some time hand job and i fuck alot some time with condom and some time without condom and a week 2 time I smoke shesha I visit 3 doctor they one doctor ask me all this question and he checkd my left ball with his machine he told me u need surgery and then next week I visit other doctor she told me no need surgery she told me your ball is full of dirty things and she told me it will take time and she gives me pain medicine I visit her 3 time she give pain medicine I have  this problem since 5 month I want come India Mumbai looking for good doctor to sole my penis ball problem soory my English weak
