Pain in balls and liquid from penis

Sticky liquid coming out from my penis while talking to a girl little romantic, so kindly suggest me how can I control this liquid continuously comes out which makes me uncomfortable and wet from inside and also my both the balls start paining due to this, so kindly help me i cant bear ths pain some time and i dont want this liquid and pain
