Penis abnormalities. Peynoire disease?

This is the question specially for urologist doctors Actually I have abnormal penis that is'i have vary penis penis is always changing in size&shape sometimes my penis becomes less than 1inch sometime becomes normal whenever I see my penis I found always in difference size &a little bit curved towards left during erection" my actual concern is my vary penis always changing size"I consulted with many doctors but I found no difference Most of the doctor says this problem is because of excessive masturbation But actually they don't understand my situation about my penis they says changing in size&shape is normal It is normal if vary penis is on moderation But it is too concerned thing for me My life becoming hell It is peynoire disease???
