Penile yeast infection
I had penile yeast infection since last 1 month consulted skin doctor and suggested itraconazole 200mg capsule, propyzone nf cream for first 3 days and followed by ibisert cream after 3 days. After completion of medicine course, i am still getting itching on inside head and inside neck of penis which sometimes is embarrassing . But no fungus formation. Can you please suggest how it can be cured.

You are suffering from candidial balanoposthitis which is fungal infection of the foreskin and glans penis. It present as itching, red spots on glans, swelling and cracks on foreskin and inability to retract it. Please send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment.
