Penile ulcer
I have a small ulcer on my penis glans which sometimes gives a sharp pain but most of the time does not cause any problem, I have been applying coconut oil on it and it improving day by day it's been 4 days since it's there and there is slight redness around it.
What could it be?
Also I am not sexually active since last 4 months
