Penile swelling
I had Balanitis few months back. After that, started having irritations and burning in urethra and penis head.
Currently I do Not masturbate but even by single masturbation, Meatus and Areas surrounding penis head around meatus gets swollen. It gets ok after one day. What is the issue??(pic attached)
