I am not sure whether it's a problem or not. My penis does not open up completely. Though foreskin comes out of the top part of penis, but, when I try to stretch it further penis starts to move downwards and does not stretch straight, due to it's attachment at bottom. I feel I won't be able to go straight in an intercourse. Please suggest me what to do.

Hello there.
If you can pull your foreskin all the way back, then you are normal. If not, then its phimosis.
Consult a general surgeon in person for further help with this matter.
