Red and white spots on penile head
6 days ago I observed red spots on the head of my penis, which have now more or less reduced but the skin on penile head is turning into whitish color. Also I feel that it is now very smelly. There is no itching or pain. Last year in September me and my girlfriend both contracted yeast infection. This doesn't feel like that because of lack of itching and the red spots were more like small lesions.

still it looks like fungal information of CANDIDIASIS.
