Penile infection
I am 33 yrs male and I am a diabetic, suffering from infection on my penis head, red rashes and itching on penis head and having difficulty to pull back the foreskin. Sometimes swelling in foreskin. I am having this issue since 5 yrs. Please suggest with whom (specialist) should I consult with.
