Penile Fungal/Yeast infection
Hello Respected Madam/Sir I have been showing symptoms of Penile Yeast infection ( small red and whitish spots on penis head- very few in number) and inability to pull back foreskin when erect( I was able to pull it fully back before). Upon forcefully pulling it back when erect, results in small skin tears in penis tip skin. I dont have any STD, and therefore the only possible cause should be yeast infection ( can be balantis too). Will it be suitable to apply the non prescription itch guard cream on penis tip and surrounding foreskin for this issue? If it were to be confirmed yeast infection, what cream or dusting powder would you recommend?

you are suffering from candidal balanoposthitis. this means that you have fungal infection on the the fore skin and glans penis. it usually presents as mild itching small red spots on the glans, along with swelling and cracks on the foreskin. due to the swelling there may be difficulty in retracting the foreskin. please send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment
