Hello doctor i recently got married (4 month) . But i cannot penetration with my wife. My wife is still virgin. First problem is i got loose erection and i had Phimosis. So my urologist suggest me to circumcision i got circumcised on January 28 and got recovered within end of february to 1st week of march but still i get loose erection. I noticed when i lay down and try to masturbate by my wife after few seconds to 1 min i got good erection but whenever i wake up for penetration my erection goes down. That means when i lay down my penis erects for few minutes but when i wake it goes down. Suggest me please
