Pemphigus vulgaris of the palate
I have Pemphigus vulgaris of the palate. I’m on 40 mg of Prednisone once a day and 500mg of Mycophenslate Mofatile twice a day. Plus two oral rinses. I am going on my 10th day but there has been no improvement . Is that normal? How long does it take to start to improve or should my medicine be adjusted?
