Definitely u ll get help from ayurveda. ...at present ...u can just follow .headwash with buttermilk then followed by lukwarm headbath...
In diet.... Avoid all types of sour and salty diet like spicy chats etc in evening and in the dinner ...and also be cautious dinner should not be followed by any fruits and salads etc.....this diet will help u in preventing it and reduces blood impurity by pitta dosha( ayurvedic theory)
Locally for face turmeric and sandalwood powder mixed paste can be applied.... Once daily....
Follow this for a month ...definitely it ll get u relief
If not relieved look for ayurvedic doctor ...probably u may be suffering from acidity like problems.
virechana( purgative therapy) and nasya ( nasal medication) which is suggested to ur condition...

Subh Arogya,
There seems to be lot of cleansing needed in your case. As recommended do a strict diet avoiding sour and spicy foods. As you are still young change your lifestyle habits to benefit yourself in later life. You need Panchkarma to be done.
