Pelvic/penile ache
I do not have sex often, but the last few times I have for weeks afterwards I have had pelvic/penile pain and the urge the urinate. When I do urinate nothing is wrong everything is ok. The only way to have the ache go away is to stand up. I am overweight. I have only been with one person my girlfriend in seven years and I am just concerned about what this could be.

Got your pain n concern, though it's unfortunate but may be kind of catch/spasmatic pain who are not on routine habits of Exercise else if its unprotected may be urethritis (Lesslikely as no fever n burning pain during urination). Need to evaluate with clinical status n investigation.
