I have a slight pelvic pain sometimes , with brown very liquid discharge coming from the vagina. My stomach feels hot on the inside sometimes and I get pains and feel like I need to pass gas or something but I dont.

If you are having brown vaginal discharge with pelvic pain you need to get yourself examine by gynecologist near you to rule out causes of pelvic pain like pelvic inflammatory diseases ovarian cyst urine infections and other things
