Bleeding , spotting and discharge. Help?

I have pcod Chronic pelvic tingling and back pain I also have irregular period, I also bleed after sex for 3 days I also have mild pelvic pain This month I bleed for 7 days , 3 days dry old blood cloth and then heavy bleeding with pain ... I never had experience this much ..my normal days are 5 always ... And it's been 3 days since my period is over I still have bloody discharge And just now one spoon blood came out , What's really happenings? I'm in village and I'm very scared, I have to wait for 1 month to visit city for good docters.. What's happening to my pelvic I also have mild cramps and heaviness in my pelvic. I'm also taking Dydrolet 10mg , for three months, 1 month is complete, and then 7 days gaping , which is now , and then again after 7 days I have to start the pill , is this because of pill ? I used to had irregular periods from 1 year and recently found out that I have pcod ..multiple cyst in my right ovary . What's happening please help ?
