Any pregnancy test you buy will come with instructions on its use and interpretation .If there are no instructions you cannot rely on the test results. Any pregnancy test has a control line which should be seen when the test is negative as well as positive. When the urine contains the pregnancy hormone HCG an additional line or colour is seen.
If there is any difficulty in interpretation or if the test does not clearly let you know 'pregnant' or 'not pregnant' you should not rely on it. Please see your gynaecologist for help.
