Peeing frequently
When i masterbaste alot or have sex regularly, i started peeing frequently. If a drink a glass of water then within 5 to 10 minutes i feel the pressure and have to pee. But if i dont ejaculate my semen for 5 to 10 days then this does not happen to me. Please explain is it normal or am i have to consult doctor

Overmasturbation causes fatigue, insomnia, premature ejaculation, erectile dysfunction,testicular pain, frequent micturition, burning sensation etc... Avoid masturbation . Try to divert mind , hang out with friends, develop good habits , play gamed, read books, take away guilt from your. mind ,be positive
have healthy nutritious foods, do exercise ,yoga
