Uncontrollable urge to pee. Please help.

I have to pee every one hour even if i do not drink anything few hours prior. Esp if i have to travel anywhere then i have to pee before going and after i reach. If the journey takes more than one hour i have this mad urgency to pee and becomes very hard to control. The sensation to pee is very strongly and i fear it may just come out. I have to find a loo and pee. Yet after 30-40 mins i can pee again. I fear i have some disease or sickness and i am not aware of it. Also a partial worry is that when im at home I can control this. I do not have to pee as often as when i am outside but it still exists. Even if this is psychological I need a solution to see what can i do about this situation as it has ruined my social life. I cannot step out. If I have to drink alcohol it cannot be more than 20 mins away from home as alcohol aggravates this situation even more. Once I could not bear and I peed while travelling. To avoid this embarrassment I onli drink at home. Please help.
