It isn't serious the dehydration along with consumption of spicy food would've caused the acidity of the urine to increase which caused the burning sensation while passing urine. These following steps may help: - Avoid spicy, oily, deep fried and junk food - Keep yourself well hydrated, Aim to drink 3 liters of water per day If the burning sensation is associated with fever or abdominal pain you should visit the ER and undergo a urine analysis to rule out urinary tract infection.
Next Steps
Follow the steps as advised
Health Tips
If condition persists or worsens visit the ER at the earliest

Hello, Urinary burning is pain that is felt when urine is being expelled from the bladder. The symptoms may be constant or variable and may improve or worsen depending on body function and movement.  Urine content may also cause burning when urinating and can be the result of eating acidic or spicy food or drinking caffeine or alcohol.Avoid spicy food items .
