Pee Control Going To College
I have my college pretty far from home . I board bus at 7:30 AM from Bus Stop [ 5.50 Km Far from home ] bus reaches 9:30 AM at College and I drink lots of water to clear stomach , i get urge to pee after being exposed to wind travelling to Bus Stop and now I have to control pee urge until reaching college , on the first day of college I had to ask our bus driver to please stop at Public Washroom , I feel embarassing to ask bus driver to stop bus just because of me 😓 what should I do 🤕

Kindly optimise your water intake. Do not drink excessive water at a time. Frequent intake rather than once at large is better. Otherwise you will have that urgency to pee
