Pediatric for 4 months old baby

Hello my daughter is 4 months old, she is having congestion . Dr. Has suggested maxtra drops. But are they Safe at this tender age ? Also I read that for children maxtra p is prescribed. So shall I give Maxtra Or shall I purchase maxtra p drops ?

For cold maxtra drops only If fever along with cold then maxtra p drop Give it after consultation with Paediatrician
