Pectoralis major
So 4 days ago my friend hug me from the back side and the next day my chest basically left pectoralis major part is paining , whenever I am breathing with mouth , laughing, sneezing it's paining and my  left part back is also paining , I have taken a medicine called intagesic mr. , The pain is low but it's not completely over
