Asked for Male, 25 Years

I'm suffering from premature ejaculation. Usually I cum in 30seconds- 1 mins . So most of the time I won't be able to satisfy my partner. Doctor has suggested me to take TDuralast -30mg(1 hour before sex) and T Dazzle 10mg( 30 mins before sex) I m just confused do I need to take both this medicines for the better result. Or I just need one ? Pls suggest me best medicine from these. Moreover is that fine if I use climax spray after this medicines ? Thanks.
