PE and ED and anxiety and depression
Hii I'm 29 years old.I always have had constant urge to masturbate daily.since I was 15. since last 2-3 years i got the habit of ejaculating early without proper erection to get rid of the urge. this lead to problem of premature ejaculation and started ejaculating within 1-2 min. since last 2-3 months I have somehow managed to overcome PE by stop and start method and by diverting the sexual urge. but off late I'm suffering from problem of soft erections.I get erection but loose it within 1-2 min.I have tried to have sex with my partner but being first timer was anxious and nervous and lost the erections quickly and was unable to penetrate.this has now happened 3-4 times.now every time I get more anxious and loose erections quickly.I fear that I may never be able to penetrate and satisfy my partner because soft erections.I'm getting depressed because of this and sometimes want to avoid love making altogether.since last month there is lack of sexual desire.not getting erections. pls help
