PDT (Photodynamic) Therapy for CSR
Hi, I have been diagnosed with CSR (Central serous retinopathy) in one of my eyes and its not going away on its own. The best treatment recommended to me is PDT (Photodynamic) therapy to heal from CSR. However, somebody mentioned to me that PDT laser is no longer available anywhere in India. Is this correct ? In this case, what is the best available treatment for CSR ?

CSR is generally a self limiting affliction that recovers spontaneously. Do y OT Bhave a recurrent or chronic CSR? How is it disturbing you? PDT has its own issues of scarring and consequently focal visual loss
