CSR in left eye
My husband is diagnosed with left eye csr, no effect on vision... doc told us that it is self resolving and will take 1-2 months..this occurred because of the homeopathy medicine... is there any medicine which can speed up the recovery

It will resolve without treatment.

You can put megabrom eye drops 2to3 times daily and take some antioxidants cap once daily
And
Observe some precautions
