Central serous retinopathy (CSR)
My maternal uncle was suffering from blurry to blindness sight & discharge of watering & itching in right eye on November. Doctor at Guwahati, Assam recommend some tests & it was found that he was suffering CSR on December. Doctor had given some medication & call out for next month appointment. Due to workload constraint, he cannot appear on Jan, but on Feb, this time there was  redness in right eye along with watering & itching. But opthalmologist has given MRI test & other blood test.  Duration- 3 months running. Thyroid high. No hypertension No diabetes No tuberculosis No Heart disease.

You have said that he had CSR of right eye and the OCT image is of the left eye. Please share his earlier OCT and present OCT right eye to comment on the CSR. His symptoms and the muscle thickening are attributable to his thyroid status.
Next Steps
Please consult a retina specialist and an endocrinologist for treatment

He must avoid overstating to eyes. Exposure to bright light and long duration work on computer will lead to delayed recovery or even aggression  put only anti inflammatory drops and if necessary anti inflammatory tab.
