Hi i did follicular study and ovulated around day 19th.lmp was on 04th Aug. My doc told me to take susten200 around day 24th 1 pill. I missed to take that pill. Now day 30(3rd sep). I didnot took hcg as egg got ruptured automatically. I checked for pregnancy its negative day 30. No periods. Can i take susten 200 morning and evening now
