PCOS problem. Pregnancy kit please?

I'm suffering from PCOS, so I get irregular periods after every 5 to 6 months. Before marriage was this thing even after marriage I'm facing the same thing. My relatives are suggesting for a pregnancy test. An important thing I need to ask is I had a single Primolut n on 24th of June so that I can get periods in 1 or 2 days but it's been 10 days I've not got them yet. So is the PCOS still in me or there's a possibility of pregnancy too ? Coming to pregnancy, the thing is I and my husband are confident about it as nothing happened as such so that I get pregnant. Still I'm ready to face it whatever comes my way. Moreover I'm just worried about my PCOS n periods things although I'm having all symptoms of being in periods but I'm not in periods please suggest a good pregnancy kit too so that I can test at home. Please do the needful and answer my query. Please suggest me the best and accurate pregnancy kit please ?
