Hi i am 24 yrs n i have pcos problem since 4 yrs my right ovary is about 4.76cm n left ovary is 3.58cm.. Is it normal or serious? Can i get pregent ?

Yes u can definitely get pregnant. PCOS needs proper diagnosis n management. Only ovarian size will not help.
