Hello doctor, My age is 21. I have hirsutism due to which a lot of thick hair grows on my chin and neck region I have had laser therapy earlier..few years back but it did not help Then I went to a gynaecologist.. she prescribed me to take diane 35 at night and aldactone in the afternoon..I am taking it since 3 years.. but when I stop using it by chance or miss it by chance I start having menstrual flow for the second time in the same month Please me out get rid of this problem of hirsutism

Continue medications as prescribed by gynecologists... It takes some time to normalise everything...with medications You should decrease carbohydrate intake, take foods made-up of whole grains like whole wheat bread, Decrease fat intake and increase protein content. Take high fiber diet, fruits, vegetables but avoid starchy vegetables like potatoes. Take plenty of water avoid sugar drinks....
