How to find I have PCOS , As I would see some symptoms like excess hair fall, irregular periods. What needs to be done for this. Please advise

Usg lower abdomen. Blood report of FSH and LH hormone to be done on second day of menstruation.

U cannot diagnose pcos on your own. U need to consult a doctor who will do a few blood tests,USG abdomen and clinical correlation to reach to a diagnosis.
Next Steps
If irregular periods has been since a few months,it can be treated with weight loss and proper exercise,less stress . the reason of hairfall can be known by proper history.
