Pcos n weight gain
After reading the symptoms of PCOS I can relate to almost everything. Irregular periods and hair fall and weight gain and mood swings n depression. Haven't taken any medication so far. Pls help !

be mentally strong .do pranayama . exercise to  reduce wt .moreover you have to take vit C&zinc for hair fall

Hi. The treatment of obese Pco is to reduce weight . This is done by reducing the diet and taking well balanced diet . Excercise daily for 30 min . Meditate to calm your mind . Correct sleeping pattern . Do a scan and hormone tests .
