PCOS late periods Pregnancy like symptom
Hi, I'm trying to figure out if my friend is pregnant or not? She has PCOS, and the beginning of this year, she started to take progesterone in a cream form to help with the imbalance of hormones. She then discovers sometime around March that she was it wrong, so stop so the hormones can catch up or whatever, and since she said she's been having irregular periods that would range about two weeks up until the beginning of this month. She is sacred might be pregnant since she hasn't started her period and is scared due to her parents' reaction. My concern is we have not had penetrated vaginal intercourse. I will admit, our privates have rubbed together, but we both had our underwear on, so other than just the over abundance of stress that she experience at the beginning of the month since it was a stressful time for her and having PCOS, what is the cause of it? She said that she experience symptoms that can either be a late period or pregnancy, but we just do not know.
