Im having pcos since a year, but i discover it lately In june symptoms were same weight gain, acne, no flow during cycles so I went to doctor by dignosing through ultrasound scan they discover that Im having pcos since then Im exericing and maintaing diet and under medican still it is not working. I gain a lot of weight and even periods are not proper. So I want to know abt metformin medicn. Does it work? Or can you suggest some other medicn

Metformin is very helpful and should be taken for at least 3 months
It reduces insulin resistance and helps loosing weight to some extent...
Also avoid sugars, juices, reduce white rice and potatoes
