Pcos and irregular period

Asked for Female, 22 Years

I dint get my periods for 4 months and i took whole abdomen scan report stating that i have pcos so doctor suggested to take meprate 10mg for 5 days after 5 days im getting brown discharge sometimes its black and offtenly getting blood discharge what does it means
